About District 3

District 3 includes all areas of Mission Viejo between Oso Parkway and Via Escolar.

District 3 is home to 18,000 residents, multiple parks, schools, medical facilities, businesses, and recreational facilities such as:

  • Capistrano Valley High School

  • Saddleback College

  • Mission Hospital

  • The Shops at Mission Viejo

  • The Kaleidoscope

  • Sierra Recreation Center

  • And more

About District Voting

As of earlier this year, Mission Viejo moved from "at large" to "district" elections.  The move to "district" elections created 5 districts in Mission Viejo.
